A passionate Chef and artisan who worked with various Chefs in his 20 years career at various prestigious bakeries, hotels, restaurants, and Luxury cruise lines have incorporated his training at Orange Bob pizzeria to create a perfect recipe for sow rise dough and unique toppings.
Since his arrival in Calgary in 2012, Nash has worked at many restaurants and bakeries. He also runs his own meal prep business that makes healthy in-house desserts and meals and is excited to carry on with time-tested recipes of Orange Bob where every pizza comes out perfect due to their signature sauce, the science behind slow rise dough, stone fire oven, lots of topping and lots of cheese.


Enthusiastic SAIT Hospitality Students with a background in kitchen, IT, and Photography, these two young lads handle the front or back of the house when Nash is busy making Pizza and Pasta along with the kitchen team.

We feel proud and privileged to be part of the Signal Hill community. Without the support of the community and surrounding areas, we would not be where we are in this era of competition with bigger chains. In turn, we sincerely endeavor to support the community by providing pizza to community events/churches, etc., at a subsidized price. Our shopping is done mostly from local markets and meats /Cheese are procured from Alberta Meat companies. We grill our chicken breast after marinating with house blend spices.
